Shipping policy

General Provisions:

  1. Deliveries are made only within the United Kingdom.
  2. Your orders are dispatched within 2 business days after the completion of your order. However, this period may be extended during public holidays and bank holidays.
  3. The products are dispatched immediately after payment is confirmed. In the case of bank transfer payments, dispatching the order will wait until the payment reflects in our account.
  4. Your shipment tracking number will be sent to you by email once the product has been dispatched. With this number, you can track the whereabouts of your shipment.

Local Deliveries:

  1. All our deliveries are provided by local UK shipping services such as Royal Mail.
  2. The delivery times vary depending on the local shipping service, but usually, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  3. The shipping costs are determined based on the weight and dimensions of the products, as well as the shipping destination within the UK. These will be calculated and provided at the checkout.

Returns:

  1. You may return the product you received within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the returned product must be in the same condition you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
