💛 Easy Exchanges and Refunds

You can request an exchange or refund within 30 working days of receiving your order, as long as the products are unopened and unused.

💔 Damaged Items

We take great care when packing and shipping your order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@glorioustreatsandchews.com and, if possible, include a few photos.

We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. If the item is not damaged, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


🔄 Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect product, please notify us at info@glorioustreatsandchews.com. We’ll send the correct item right away at no extra cost.

If your item was damaged or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs. For all other returns, such as a change of mind, return postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
