Exchange and Refund

Provided the packages of products are unopened and unused, we can do exchange or refund within 30 working days. The costs are on our responsability.

Damaged Items

If the product you receive is damaged, please notify us by emailing info@glorioustreatsandchews.com as soon as possible. We will be happy to modify your order. The cost is on our responsability. But if the product is not damaged, delivery costs belong to the buyer.

Incorrect Items

If the product you receive is incorrect, please notify us by emailing info@glorioustreatsandchews.com We will send the right product as soon as possible.

To Return an Items

If you are not satisfied with the product, please let us know the reason in detail to our e-mail address info@glorioustreatsandchews.com Please add up the bill and return it to the address we will give you. If the product is damaged or incorrect, the costs are on us. But in other situations, the costs are on customer.

*While returning the product, we highly recommend you to get proof of shipment. We cannot accept responsibility for cargo lost in transit. Returns must be properly packaged and shipped to ensure the safety of our customers. Until items are returned, we demand our customers to ensure that items are stored safely and properly packaged for return. It is our customers' responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
